Northern Way Property Company

In April 2005, following an approach from Paul White of Frogmore Property Company, Geoff, Gary and Andrew set up Northern Way as a joint venture vehicle with Frogmore to purchase property investments throughout the North of England.

Northern Way's four companies own a combined office portfolio of 676,225 square feet. It is centred on Manchester and the North West of England and spreads into North Wales, Yorkshire and the Midlands. Over the last three years, the Northern way team have let over 260,000 square feet of space to 130 companies , bringing the overall occupancy level over 455,000 square feet.
